Here are a few other LEGO models with a physics theme:

• The Compact Muon Solenoid particle detector.
• The CERN ATLAS particle detector.
• A working Watt balance. It needs a few non-LEGO parts. There's also a paper about it.
• The NIST Watt balance. This is also a working model.
• The Belle-II particle detector at the KEK laboratory in Japan.
• The Stanford Linear Accelerator beamline. I like this one because it uses a minimal number of bricks.
• The ITER tokamak and in cross-section.
• A section of an accelerator.
